Who we are
Elixium (elixium.ai) is operated by IndirectTek, a North Carolina-based company. Elixium is the flagship product of IndirectTek. For anything in this policy, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google, GitHub, or Microsoft, we receive your name, email address, and the identifier your provider issues. We do not receive or store your passwords.
Workspace content. The boards, stories, plans, decisions, attachments, and comments your team creates. This content belongs to you.
Operational records. Audit events (who did what, when — including actions taken by AI agents under your workspace's authority), security logs, and billing records. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
Usage data. Minimal, privacy-preserving telemetry used to operate and improve the service. The marketing site makes no third-party requests and sets no advertising trackers.
AI processing
Elixium is a bring-your-own-AI platform. Workspace content is processed by the AI providers and agents your workspace connects and configures — under your workspace's credentials and settings, with every agent action attributed in the audit trail. In self-hosted and air-gapped (Beta) deployments, your content and model traffic stay inside your own boundary. We do not use your workspace content to train models.
How we use information
To provide and operate the service, keep it secure (tenant isolation, audit trails, abuse prevention), provide support, and handle billing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with the subprocessors needed to run the service — cloud hosting, payment processing, and the AI providers your workspace itself selects — and when the law requires it. Subprocessors are bound to protections consistent with this policy.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Workspaces are tenant-isolated with database-enforced row-level security, and privileged operations are recorded in tenant-scoped audit logs.
Retention and deletion
Retention windows are configurable per workspace. Deleted boards and stories move through a restorable trash state and are then permanently purged on a scheduled lifecycle. When an account or workspace is closed, its content is purged on the same schedule, except where the law requires longer retention of specific records.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your workspace data through your workspace administrator, or by contacting [email protected]. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Children
Elixium is a workplace tool and is not directed to anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note it here with a new effective date and notify workspace administrators.
