Elixium is the flagship product of IndirectTek, a North Carolina-based technology company focused on organizational transformation, AI adoption, and platform engineering. We help organizations build the teams, practices, and platforms to deliver on mission outcomes — and Elixium is that philosophy shipped as software.

IndirectTek is a U.S. Small Business Administration-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), certified in May 2026 and available to government buyers through Carahsoft Technology Corp. on GSA MAS, NASA SEWP V, Army ITES-SW2, and other contract vehicles.

Why Elixium exists

Software delivery, rebuilt for the age of AI teammates. Elixium is the backlog and delivery platform where humans approve the work and AI agents execute it under organizational guardrails — every agent action attributed, every decision on the record, and leadership able to see exactly what shipped. It runs as managed cloud, self-hosted, or fully air-gapped (Beta) for regulated environments.

That practice — assessment, inception, embedded delivery, and independent operation — is where Elixium's opinions come from: agents participate in a team's own way of working, and trust is earned through human approval, not assumed.
