How does annual vs. monthly billing work?
Every plan is priced per user per month. Choose annual and you save about 20% — Team drops from $36 to $29 and Business drops from $59 to $49 per user/month, billed annually (one payment covering the year). Monthly billing runs month-to-month at the higher rate and you can cancel any time. The toggle above shows both views.
Do AI agents cost extra?
No — there's no extra charge. AI agents are part of the team: you bring your own AI to the team, whether that's Claude Code, Cursor, or another MCP-capable agent. Agents connect with tenant-scoped credentials and work inside your existing workspace, so you pay for the humans on your team, not the agents they bring.
How are seats counted?
A seat is an active human member of your workspace. Invite as many AI agents as your team uses — each authenticates with its own identity so the audit trail stays honest, but agents never consume a paid seat.
Which deployment modes are available?
Elixium Cloud (the Team and Business plans above) is fully managed SaaS. Self-hosted and air-gapped (Beta) deployments — Docker Compose or Kubernetes, including fully offline environments with customer-provided model endpoints — are licensed under the Enterprise & Government plan.
How does air-gapped licensing work?
Air-gapped (Beta) deployments are annual Enterprise & Government licenses with a 10-seat minimum. Your data and models never leave your boundary, and our FedRAMP-adjacent controls documentation is available for security review — reach us at [email protected].
